I have speedily deleted the two files (File:Jose Prakash.jpg and File:Shariyo Thetto.jpg). In the image decription box you claimed that the images are under the CC-BY-SA license; in fact they come from websites with an "All rights reserved" copyright notice. Don't upload images with false copyright information; deliberate uploading of copyright-infringing images constutes vandalism and may result in you being blocked from editing. (If the copyright holder has released an image under a free license, this release has to be verifiable; he should either put a notice of the release on his website, or contact the mailing list to confirm the licensing. Likewise, it isn't a video cover.
