Deleted articles

I've been deleting your articles because they did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts or show that the subject meets the notability guidelines for academics. It is now wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references. As a matter of policy, all biographies of living people will be deleted if they do not have references. The articles lacked any content to establish notability, the sole information given being that the were on the staff of the university, so I also tagged some as having no substantive content. If you recreate as proper encyclopaedia articles, note that titles like Dr or Professor should not be part of the article name. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:50, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

I'm quite concerned about your recent edits. Your edit to the George Washington University article was clearly erroneous, hence the warning above. And that makes me also suspect your other edits to both templates and your created articles. You've been creating a lot of pages that don't adhere to our policies, and your factual errors on a rather prominent university is troublesome.
