Image copyright problem with Image:3cast.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:3cast.JPG. However, it is definitely not a movie poster. It may be a piece of promotional artwork from the film distributor, in which case please specify the source of the image (where you obtain it from) and an appropriate tag (such as {{Promotional}}).

On another note, please also be more specific in the naming of your image. A name such as "3cast" tells fellow editors nothing about the content of the image itself. Instead, "The Warlords promotional artwork" or "Main cast of The Warlords" would make much better file names. There's no strict rule on how you can or cannot name your image, but being precise is generally a rule of the thumb.

My suggestion is that you reupload the file under a better file name AFTER you have ascertained the fair use nature of the image. And then place a speedy delete request on the current image (such as {{db|File reuploaded under more appropriate file name, [[:Image:"new file name"]]}}). --Plastictv 19:20, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
