License tagging for Image:Bananamourcover.jpg

Kevin Ayers

Hello. I'm puzzled by some of your edits related to Kevin Ayers. You put Ayers before Cramer in a description of Leprosy, moved Ayers to the front of a list (without making it alphabetical), and again, and again. Why? Unexplained, it starts to look like some kind of advertising campaign for Ayers.

Also, there's no reason to remove red links, unless perhaps you're certain that what's linked does not merit an article written by somebody in the indefinite future. -- Hoary 05:12, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

Duplicate images uploaded

Ahh - the problem with album pictures is that we can only accept a tiny image. It's not the counterfeiting problem (although I see you're being careful!), it's that Wikipedia's legal supervisor (or should I say, legal officer, as there's only the one!) receives hundreds of emails about copyright violations every day! If I'm to be honest, however, doing what you're doing is how Wikipedia grows so quickly. You can't really damage anything - as long as you're improving Wikipedia, you're not breaking any rules. Although the policies I've linked you to are... important, they're nothing compared to the five pillars that Wikipedia is based on. Stick by those five, and you can't go wrong!
