Speedy deletion of Galactic Dominance[edit]

A tag has been placed on Galactic Dominance requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. January 2008[edit]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Galactic Dominance. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. The Helpful One 20:56, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Galactic Dominance. The Helpful One 20:58, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Galactic Dominance. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. You can add the {hangon} template, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag please! Image copyright problem with Image:Gdplanet1.gif[edit]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Gdplanet1.gif. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 21:10, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Galactic Dominance[edit]

Re your message: I deleted the article because the game is currently not notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. Perhaps in the future when you finish the game and get it published, but not currently. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:23, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Gdplanet1.gif)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Gdplanet1.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 06:48, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
