Fair use rationale for File:AIADMK Two Leaves.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:AIADMK Two Leaves.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk 04:00, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

You removed a deletion discussion tag from this image, claiming my actions are bad faith. Please be advised that you are not permitted to remove deletion discussion tags from images prior to the conclusion of the deletion discussion. If you believe my actions are malicious (they are not), in bad faith (they are not), or in any other way not compliant with Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines, please feel free to bring the matter up at WP:AN/I. Removing deletion discussion tags is not an option. Your removal has been reverted. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 13:43, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

If you are not working on badfaith then why in the heavens do you claim that the DMDK flag and other files that I created to have been pinched from other sites? It was clear even on the link you provided that it dates later by more than year to my upload(May 2009 whereas my upload was in October 2007). You can report me to ANI if you want to. But it is wise for you to see that it is you who are clearly guilty of bad faith here and being adamantly ad hominem. I will be off from net in a a bit and most likely won't be able to access net through the weekend. I can assure you that if you go on with your new found passion ad hominem case-building against my contributions taking advantage of this, I will surely get you on to ANI. I do not like people behaving destructive on a good source of knowledge such as Wikipedia. You have heard me right. --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 14:11, 22 October 2010 (UTC)
  • Then please by all means report me to WP:AN/I. It would be most welcome. As I previously noted to you, the reason editors have contribution histories is so that others can review their edits when problems arise. To quote our policy on the issue, "Proper use of an editor's history includes (but is not limited to) fixing errors or violations of Wikipedia policy or correcting related problems". That is precisely what I am doing, and it is entirely in line with policy. Despite all the huff and fluff, this is an incredible simple issue which you have refused to address; if these images are the work of the parties, then they are not yours and are subject to copyright. If these images are your work only, then they are not the symbols of these parties, and have no business being on the article they are on. It's that simple. So please, by all means please do take the issue to WP:AN/I. I am very much looking forward to it. --Hammersoft (talk) 14:32, 22 October 2010 (UTC)
Pretty obvious isn't it that you have wasted your time along with mine and few others? As for your attitude towards me ....... --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 08:10, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
  • I don't believe I've wasted my time at all, nor yours for that matter. In the least, you're a bit more educated on the copyright issues and the false notion that I am not properly using your edit history. --Hammersoft (talk) 19:33, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
I am pretty sure at least one other person will disagree with you. Even if you try to pretend not to notice you claimed I pinched pictures from the web when it is obviously otherway around for a neutral observer. Mmmm yeah you got to be neutral to see the obvious, isn't it? --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 07:08, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
  • I don't think I understand you. --Hammersoft (talk) 12:59, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
Why am I not surprised? What is there not to understand? You claimed this inspite of me pointing out the obvious to you and for that a neutral admin said this. Do I need to explain more? --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 06:39, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
  • If you're going to devolve into personal attacks upon me, we have nothing to discuss. Your form of English and my form are different, and as a result I do not readily understand some of what you are writing. I'm sure the same is for you in regards to me. Your claim of what is obvious is not obvious to me, and the claim remains unsubstantiated. I asked for, and you've so far failed to provide, evidence that the party asked of you to use your image. They would have to, since your work was under Indian law immediately copyrighted on its creation. --Hammersoft (talk) 13:11, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
When did I say that they asked me? One more figment of your imagination? I am devolving in personal attacks? That would be the best joke I heard in a while. --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 13:22, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
  • And now referring to my statements as figments of my imagination. But, you don't see this as a personal attack? --Hammersoft (talk) 13:39, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
So I can no longer call a spade a spade? Anyways, let us stop wasting each other's time. Why don't you just prove that it is not a figment of your imagination? --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 13:45, 27 October 2010 (UTC)

You've previously maintained that I had to prove something was copyrighted. That, as I showed to you before, is false. As to the images, I will get back to the restored ones eventually. --Hammersoft (talk) 13:57, 27 October 2010 (UTC)

I guess you are still not seeing the point. As for as these issues are concerned there is an ongoing discussion on the India talk page and hence we shall keep it there. Anyways, where is the proof that it ain't your figment of imagination that I claimed some party asked for my images? Wanna forget it and move on with real life? I don't mind as long as you don't pester me further. If you are a last word freak, I can show you how it is done. The choice is yours. --Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 14:05, 27 October 2010 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Statue of Kambar in Anna Square.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Statue of Kambar in Anna Square.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:06, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
