Image copyright problem with Image:3327R.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:3327R.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. What do I need to submit or what do I need to do to keep the picture on? The picture belongs to Royal Selangor, a company I am working for and I have the rights to use this picture in any way deems fit. I am the web administrator for their website www.royalselangor.com.

And help! I do not know how or where to add the codes.

If you are in fact authorised to give away material copyrighted by the company you work for you could send a mail from your work e-mail to "permissions at wikimedia dot org" and follow the instructions on Wikipedia:Confirmation of permission, simply working as their webmaster does not nessesarily give you the right to re-publish theyr material elsewhere though, so make sure this rely is ok.

To add the "codes" you go to the image page and click the edit link as you would any other page, but you seem to have fiured this our already. --Sherool (talk) 04:44, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
