Re:Why did you remove the highway shields?[edit]
There are two reasons as to why I removed the highway shields from the list. First, the BC and MB shields that were used are considered fair use and do not have rationale to be in the list. Second, the shields add a lot of clutter to the page and slow down the load times without adding any real value to the purpose of the list. Dough4872 01:50, 20 December 2010 (UTC)

Hi Kelly - Could you help me out with this? When I asked the photographer if I could use his photos in articles I am writing, I explicitly listed the photos along with a link to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. In his response, he clearly gave his permission to use the photos in Wikipedia using that license. I forwarded the entire conversation thread to 'permissions-en@wikimedia.org', along with a link to each of the photo pages. Consent for their use could not be clearer. What am I doing wrong?
