I'm afraid that your article fails Wikipedia's notability guidelines found here because there is little or no information from reliable third-party sources that will allow readers to verify that what is written there is true. I should mention though that I did have some difficulty in 100% verifying that no significant reliable third party coverage exists because of quite a few hits related to a company that is also called 'Stopka' and a few genealogy search websites with hits for the Polish surname 'Stopka', so if you can find some reliable sources about the subjst of the article, I have no objections to recreating the article. I'll even help you with it if you want. But if you can't find sources for it, I'm afraid there's realy nmo way I can help you. Regards. Thingg 15:41, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

O, thank you! I'll try to get possibility to get someone review my program and write internet article(s) about it.
It is not easy cause I developer and article writing isn't easy job for me and I only one who try to boost StopKa.
