Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Jade Kwan 001s .jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Jade Kwan 001s.jpg. The copy called Image:Jade Kwan 001s.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 10:01, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Permission[edit]

As I am the webmaster of the image source website, Jade Online, I would like to inform that this image has been granted from the copyright holder, Jade Kwan, to be freely published in Wikipedia. Vincentkhm 17 May 2008

A tag has been placed on BMA Entertainment Holdings Limited requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Ejay (talk) 03:45, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of BMA Entertainment[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article BMA Entertainment, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Ejay (talk) 05:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Image for deletion or Possible unfree image notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in deletion debates . Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you.

Image Copyright problem

Further more I noticed that that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the image (or other media file) agreed to license it under the given license. As you have identified that you are not the photographer of either Image:20080615-Jade 2.jpg or Image:20080615-Jade.jpg I have added a {{di-no permission}} tag to both images. Please do not remove these tags until the issue is resolved.

  • You may have the images creator send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and their intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the image's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Images lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Soundvisions1 (talk) 16:39, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. This is your second warning about removing tags from Image:20080615-Jade_2.jpg and Image:20080615-Jade.jpg. You have been instructed on how to resolve the issue in several locations and instructed to not remove the {{di-no permission}} tags as well. Verifying identity[edit]

Hello. Before you upload any additional images sourced to this site, please read over Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials and follow one of the processes for verifying that you are affiliated with the site and have authority to release those images here. Since Wikipedia has no process in place for verifying identity on account creation, we must have external verification of such authorization. Please also be advised that unless you own the copyright to images on that site, you do not have the authority to release them here. For example, album covers must be released by official sites connected with their production. Unless your website is officially designated to handle such matters, you will not be able to release such material here.

If you have questions about images and copyright, please address them to the media copyright questions board. Thank you. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:40, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images[edit]

I deleted some of your photo's. They can be restored perhaps if/when OTRS comes through. However, for one of the images you uploaded this has been discovered. It is the same as image except that it still has the original watermarks. They have been removed from the image you uploaded. This does make it hard to believe you hold the copyright to the images you uploaded. Garion96 (talk) 00:22, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
