How do I add references to an article and where is my "sandbox"?

You can locate articles you have worked on by clicking on "My contributions" at the top of the page. There you will find that you have edited User:Vaughnbrathwaite/Sandbox. For references, please see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners. Having taken a quick look at the sandbox text, i'm not sure it has the makings of a focused, sand-alone topic. Is there cited material you can add to the existing Music therapy article?--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 12:43, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have just spent a considerable amount of time drafting replies to these questions, only to discover that, since posting the request for help, you have both added references to at least one article and also edited your sandbox. I also see that Fuhghettaboutit has replied too, although much more briefly than I was preparing to do. If you do something like this again perhaps you can make sure you remove the {{helpme}} tag, to avoid putting other editors to unnecessary trouble.
