As OWAIS NAEEM, said on his talk page, I wouldn't get too upset by this, its pretty common for people's first article to get deleted. I'm pretty sure some 5 or 6 years ago my first article was deleted even! If you ever want or need some help with anything related to Wikipedia, you are welcome to leave a message on my talk page. Some advice[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia, but you seem to be having trouble, and I'm not sure that you understand what Wikipedia is about. It's a project to build an encyclopedia, and that is all it is. In particular, it is not a social-networking site for people to write about themselves and their friends. You asked on your user page "Can I also make my Biography?" The short answer to that is no, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. If that is what you want to do, try somewhere like Facebook or LinkedIn.

Wikipedia user pages are not like those at social-networking sites. Their use is explained at WP:NOTWEBHOST:

"Wikipedians have their own user pages, but they should be used primarily to present information relevant to working on the encyclopedia. Limited biographical information is allowed, but user pages should not function as personal webpages or be repositories for large amounts of material that is irrelevant to collaborating on Wikipedia. If you are looking to make a personal webpage or blog or to post your résumé, please make use of one of the many free providers on the Internet or any hosting included with your Internet account."

Your biography[edit]

You asked on my talk page "Where in Wiki I can create my Biography??" The answer is that on this wiki, Wikipedia, you can't, because that is not what we are here for. But there are plenty of other sites like Wikibios or Facebook where you can write about yourself, or you may find some other ideas at Wikipedia:Alternative outlets. Some actors and other people have articles on Wikipedia because they are WP:Notable people - that means that there has been "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" to provide sources for the article and verify what it says. My advice is:

The way to make a link to your talk page on another page is by typing [[User talk:Useful Encyclopedia]], not {{User talk | Useful Encyclopedia}} which produces a huge blue box. After you make an edit, click first on "Show preview", and try again if the result is not what you meant.
To learn more about Wikipedia, look at the WP:Introduction; for editing, try the WP:Tutorial.
If you want to write your biography, this is not the place: try Wikibios.
