Nineteenth Amendment[edit]

The Introduction to an article is a summary to what is in the body of that article. So the Nineteenth Amendment article's Introduction referring to what the amendment does means that must also be in the body of the article. An Introduction can't have material which isn't, in some form, also in the body of the article. That why that explanation isn't superfluous. SMP0328. (talk) 21:55, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
