Heraldry of the Irish Defence Forces[edit]

Yes, when there are no words on the page, regardless of how many images there are, it is considered to not have any substantive content. Unless you plan to explain why each of these images is notable, I'm not sure such a page is appropriate for Wikipedia. If you would still like to pursue having this article, I would recommend checking out the links in the above post, in addition to working on the article in userspace until it meets the guidelines.
