The reference you used for the Turkish Armed Forces budget was actually an older, outdated copy of a Wikipedia page, and one which was uncited itself. Usually it's not a good idea to use another Wiki page (Wikipedia or otherwise) as a reference as the information is easily edited/changed. Please see: Wikipedia:Verifiability and specifically Wikipedia:Verifiability#Wikipedia and sources that mirror or use it for further explanation. Since you apparently didn't read the links I offered, I'm going to go ahead and quote the relevant section: "Articles on Wikipedia, or on websites that mirror its content, should not be used as sources, because this would amount to self-reference. Similarly, editors should not use sources that present material originating from Wikipedia to support that same material in Wikipedia, as this would create circular sourcing—Wikipedia citing a source that derives its material from Wikipedia. Wikipedia may be cited with caution as a primary source of information on itself, such as in articles about itself.". If you check the bottom of the page you've been quoting, you'll see that it's from Wikipedia. It's just mirrored on that site. Not only that, but it's an old, out of date, and unreferenced version. The CIA World Factbook is freely available online. Why don't you go there and see if you can find the military budget for Turkey? If you can, then that's a verifiable source, not an old Wikipedia article which claims to use it as a source, but is completely unreferenced. Or is it just that the information isn't there, or doesn't suit your idea of what the Turkish budget is? - Jonathon A H (talk) 16:57, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Yes I'm quite new to the editing stuff on Wikipedia, sorry I don't qualify for your expectations and spend all my time on editing wikipedia, I have a life outside of here you know, I can't spend my whole time trying to figure out every single detail on how to properly use the stuff here. Actually I do know how to use the article talk page, but I don't know what you mean exactly, you don't have to put your name at everything you edit, it shows anyway. I just put some information from a reliable website like CIA and reference it, until a better encyclopedic source comes up I use the source I know which falls under the category of reliable sources as indicated in the referencing page, which talks about using only encyclopedic sources. I'm done with the population figure on Turkey as a government source (which is fairly reliable) has been given as before no proper source was given or an old outdated figure was used to show inaccurate figures.
