Hello, Tsunamicarlos, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Thanks for including taxoboxes on your new articles! BTW, the conventional format for "species" includes an initial for the genus; take a quick look at Pogostemon stellatus, which I changed to the usual formatting. (species, binomial & binomial_authority) You might want use that format in newer articles. Choess 23:11, 31 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

Thank you for the welcome. I noticed that there wasn't much of any on aquarium plants (or freshwater aquaria in general) so I decided to toss in some of the more common plants in the trade. A few short blurbs. I hope others will come in and contribute more information on specific plants. All the photographs are mine, actually.

I noticed the changes. I will take them into account!

Oh, certainly go ahead and upload photos for each species. That's quite alright. You might want to consider uploading to Wikimedia Commons, where they can be used by Wikipedias in any language. Choess 00:10, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:55056074.Pogostemonstellatus.jpeg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:55056074.Pogostemonstellatus.jpeg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Image legality questions page. Thank you. lightdarkness (talk) 17:47, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. The image is mine. I will put in the proper copyright information.

Apologies[edit]

Hi Carlos, sorry about the revert if your edit to the dinosaurs article was in good faith. It looked suspect since you deleted some text about the "tallest" known dinosaur.

You might want to consider putting some text on your user page, since a "red link" username in the history list makes many people look more suspiciously at your edits. Cheers. Killdevil 15:02, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Rotalarotundifolia1.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Rotalarotundifolia1.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 20:06, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
