License tagging for Image:The pro-made ana logo.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:The pro-made ana logo.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:10, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Aaron Michael Giddens, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company or website, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable. If you can indicate why Aaron Michael Giddens is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Aaron Michael Giddens. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template hangon to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable.24.20.69.240 03:34, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Redlinks

Thank you for your contributions to wikipedia. I noticed that in one of your recent edits you introduced one or more internal links that targeted non-existent articles. Please see Wikipedia:Only make links that are relevant to the context for more information regarding what should and shouldn't be linked in articles. Please do not link to non-existent articles unless you immediately plan to create them, or the original article requires that link for further explanation. Shannernanner 08:38, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

Survivor Series 2006

Look at every other Survivor Series article. The logo is in the infobox and the poster elsewhere in the article. TJ Spyke 23:27, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

Cratship request

I suggest you withdraw your bureacratship request. First, you aren't an admin yet and people are normally admins for at least a few months before becoming crat's. Second, the nomination appears to be very misformed, not even linking to the right space or the right template. JoshuaZ 19:46, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi. I have deleted this image, as it is a blatant copyright violation. Please do not upload copyrighted material again; if you do so, particularly if you claim it to be your own work, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thanks, Proto::type 11:58, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

The link to ECW's offficial website is already in the infobox, and ecw.com just redirects to wwe.com TJ Spyke 22:00, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Image:Williams Carnell.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Williams Carnell.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

 1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add Replaceable fair use disputed, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
 2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Chowbok 21:24, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Eric B face butt plant.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Eric B face butt plant.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 15:07, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

Hello! With only 243 edits and an account that only started in October 2006, your RfA will be almost universally opposed due to lack of experience and poor construction of the application. I urge you to withdraw and follow the advice that I have given on the application. Regards, (aeropagitica) 17:22, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

I will not with draw my application. I believe I can do it! By the way some of the pages have child porno which IS aganst the FLORIDA LAW THANKS YOU SO THAT SHOULD GO!!!! -- Hornetman16 17:27, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Then you can be a responsible editor and alert the proper Wikipedia authorities to the content in order to have it assessed for removal. You will also find that Florida State law doesn't stretch too far on the Internet, local as-opposed-to global jurisdiction. Your self-belief is admirable but also lacking in supporting evidence. (aeropagitica) 17:39, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

What do you mean "supportive evidence"? -- Hornetman16 17:42, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

SupportING evidence, i.e. the 243 edits that you have contributed don't show participation in XfD discussions, assisting on new page/recent change patrols; vandal warnings and reporting to WP:AIV; assisting new users at the Help and Reference Desks; participation in Wikiprojects, etc. As predicted, your RfA has been closed early. Take the advice and get some experience before attempting another one in six to eight months' time. Regards, (aeropagitica) 18:05, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
I was reviewing your request for adminship when I saw that it had closed. I agree with the people who wrote that you didn't have enough experience at this time. However, I also want to assure you that your urging that you be considered despite your age was unnecessary. There are a number of administrators your age and younger who do an excellent job and I have voted to support many of them if they were qualified. Newyorkbrad 17:49, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Fair use image use

Please do not insert fair use tagged images onto your userpage as you did here. The use of fair use images on userpages is proscribed by Wikipedia:Fair use criteria item #9. I've removed the images again. If you have any questions about this, I'd be happy to answer. --Durin 19:33, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

 • You are now aware of this policy. I am quite happy to entertain questions regarding this policy, as you have posted to my talk page. However, reinserting these images in violation of policy when you are aware of the policy is vandalism and will be treated as such.
 • To answer your question, simply because an image exists on Wikipedia in some form does not automatically mean that we can use it however we like. At Wikipedia, there are two broad categories of images; those that are available under a free license such as gfdl and those that are copyrighted and used here under terms of fair use. The use of fair use images here is not just a matter of policy, but a matter of law. The Wikimedia Foundation takes copyright violations quite seriously and has put the Wikipedia:Fair use criteria policy in place in part as a reflection of United States fair use law. Any image which is copyrighted and used here under fair use must adhere to the terms of this policy.
 • To identify fair use images, look at the image page itself and see the licensing and what it says. For example, Image:Haines-city seal.PNG has two licensing tags on it. The first is coatofarms. The second, is logo. The second tag shows that this image must be used under terms of fair use.
 • Since you insist on reverting these removals in violation of Wikipedia policy, I am reporting this incident to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. Another admin will most likely revert your changes and agree with what has been told to you here. --Durin 19:44, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

If you violate Wikipedia copyright policy again, you will be blocked. --Sam Blanning(talk) 19:52, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, dude I had NO idea that was against policy...could you withdraw you block threat, please? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hornetman16 (talkcontribs) 19:57, 11 December 2006 (UTC).
As your userpage has now been protected it seems moot, and if you don't violate copyright policy again then I won't have any reason to carry it out. But Durin directed you to policy several times and you continued to add them back. --Sam Blanning(talk) 20:01, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
Your userpage has been protected to prevent you from editing it, as you have been violating copyright policy repeatedly. -- tariqabjotu 19:57, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
 • Your userpage has now been protected by another admin, preventing you from inserting fair use images onto your userpage in violation of Wikipedia:Fair use criteria item #9. If you agree to stop inserting these images onto your userpage, I will remove the protection. Again, I'm happy to entertain questions regarding this policy and would be equally happy to aid you in understanding this policy. But, re-inserting the images in violation of policy is not acceptable. --Durin 19:57, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
 • Since you have agreed to stop violating this policy [1], I have removed the protection from your userpage. --Durin 20:04, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

I have placed a speedy delete tag on the above article, as it is a redirect from article space into user space. Mr Stephen 23:14, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi - I noticed the flag you created for your city - Image:HainesCityFlag.jpg. Unfortunately, there are two problems with it. (1) It represents original research, which is not permitted in Wikipedia articles. As such, I have removed it from Haines City, Florida. (2) It is a derivative work of the non-free (aka "fair use") seal. Please see Commons:Commons:Derivative works for a full explanation of derivative works, but the bottom line is that the copyright holder owns exclusive rights to create anything that uses their work. As such, a flag incorporating a copyrighted picture is not available under a "free" license, even though you personally created the bulk of the content of that flag. Please consider tagging Image:HainesCityFlag.jpg with db-author so that an administrator can delete it.

I know that Wikipedia's image use policies can be complex and convoluted at times, but please keep in mind the goal - Wikipedia is a free-content encyclopedia and that ideal is hampered if Wikipedia is a warehouse of non-free images. BigDT 00:01, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

(Reply to your message on my talk page)If you don't include any non-free content in it, then it could be used on your user page. For example, Commons:Category:Florida includes a lot of free graphics that pertain to Florida. If you use images from that category and/or anything that you made from scratch in Photoshop, Paint, etc, that is NOT based on a copyrighted work (in other words, even if you make a freehand drawing of a copyrighted work, that CANNOT be used), then that's fine. Again, this would be something that can be used in userspace only. Anything constituting original research cannot be used in article space. BigDT 00:13, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
I wanted to let y'all know that I tagged the above-mentioned image for speedy deletion because it incorporates images & graphic elements that have not been cleared for copyright and appear to be the work of others, who have an inherent right to control their use unless that right is explicitly waived. Because of this, a compilation of those copyrighted works violates the copyright(s) of the original authors. While I appreciate the dialogue that you are having here, I felt I needed to be bold because the image extant is a copyright violation. Please feel free to upload a replacement that doesn't have copyright problems, and thanks for your contributions. --Ssbohio 02:10, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

RE:John Cena

Images like that take up room in the template. WP:PW has a style that they use for wrestling articles, and seals like that aren't included. That's why I reverted it. Cheers, -- THLR 02:36, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

Admin coaching, etc.

Are you ready to get started?

The waiting time over at Admin coaching is long (some people have been waiting in line since July). I'm an admin coach with the project, and for my students I set up a group discussion page so that we could all learn from each other. The scope of this concept has expanded into the Virtual classroom, which is an open forum for the teaching and learning of advanced Wikipedia skills.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate, as a student, as a coach, or both. Every week or two a new major topic of discussion or classroom assignment is introduced, usually with a guest writer who presents his or her expertise on the current subject and who remains on hand to answer questions. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the discussions, such as sharing your expertise, asking and answering questions, etc.

The current topic of discussion is vandalism, and our guest writer is Budgiekiller.

All discussions are open-ended, so all previous discussion topics and classroom assignments are still there for viewing and further participation. There are also sections for posting miscellaneous topics and questions, requesting coaching assistance, etc.

In addition to inviting those who would like to learn, I routinely invite experts from all over Wikipedia to come and contribute for the benefit of all. The VC is rapidly turning into a clearing house of the best resources, methods, and techniques known for working on Wikipedia.

You are cordially invited to participate.

Here's an announcement box which you can place on your userpage or at the top of your talk page for keeping up to date with classroom assignments.

I hope to see you there. Sincerely,  The Transhumanist   06:36, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

Image:Aaron m giddens.jpg listed for deletion

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Aaron m giddens.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. —Roguegeek (talk) 08:56, 13 December 2006 (UTC) Roguegeek (talk) 08:56, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Wrong licenses

These are clearly not logos:

This is not a newspaper scan:

You are not the creator of this image:

These images need proper licensing with source information or they will need to be deleted. Due to past copyright violations, I would suggest proper licensing be applied right away. Thanks. Roguegeek (talk) 09:02, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for addressing these so quickly, however, you need to be able to show proof of that claim. I suspect you may not know who the real copyright holder of the images are but, in good faith, you are presuming them to be free. If this is the case, please tag these images with Hornetman16. Roguegeek (talk) 20:50, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
I think I may have recommended the wrong template. I'm going to update these images with a tag that will bring an admin over to help you with the copyright. Roguegeek (talk) 20:22, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
Please understand you cannot use those licenses unless you show proof of those claims. Continuing to do so without supporting the license could lead to you being blocked. Thank you for understanding. Roguegeek (talk) 23:25, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

Spider-Man 4

Because we don't know it is going to get made. Regardless of whether the page stays, nothing in there says it will be made. Do we know when it will be released? Do we know when production will start? Those are important questions that have no been answered.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 02:25, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Your response:If your gonna tell me of like you did at least have the curtosey to use proper english, ok
I didn't tell you "off", I just told you why. Also, don't speak about proper english, you didn't spell "off" correctly, and forgot a period. You also misspelled "courtesy".  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 02:32, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Comments on Jimbo's talk page

Hey there. Just thought I could clear up the issue you brought up on Jimbo's page. The deletion log indicates that it was actually speedy deleted as spam by User:DGG. Even if it was contested at WP:DRV, it's not likely to be overturned, because as you mention, there's no way to source it - and we need sourcing, as per the attribution guidelines. I'd suggest asking the deleting admin for his deletion reason, and take a look through the notability guidelines to see whether the article can be written in a way that meets them. Cheers. Orphaned non-free image (Image:Ozzy Performing on FN SD!.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Ozzy Performing on FN SD!.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Aksibot 19:26, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia's Fair use policy

Wikipedia's Fair Use policy specifically states that Fair use logos (copyrighted logos) are not to be used for decorative purposes. It is unnecessary to add a logo if the name of the brand can be spelled out just like they are in other tables. Please take a good look at our policy at Wikipedia:Image use policy if you have any questions.-- bulletproof 3:16 20:17, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

Fair use image use, again

Back in December, I thrice removed Image:Haines-city seal.PNG from your userpage [2][3][4], and you even ended up getting your userpage protected from you editing it. Some discussion about this is still on this talk page, at [5]. You agreed to stop violating policy on this matter [6]. Despite this, you added the same image back to your userpage today [7]. I'll of course give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this was simply an error on your part. I've removed it you from your userpage [8]. Please do not re-add the image, or any other fair use image, to your userpage. Thank you, --Durin 00:28, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

RE: You can get on my nerves!!!

Wohwohwohwohwohwoh hold on there. Most of the "correct" edits you do are reverted because they are not correct, plain and simple. Read Wikipedia:Non-free content and Wikipedia:Image use policy. Non-free (copyrighted) images, such as the Hall of Fame logo, are not to be used for decorative purposes. The overuse of copyrighted images is a direct violation of WP:FU and therefore has to be reverted. Please calm down and remember that these reversions are not being made to antagonize you in any way. This is just Wikipedia policy. It is your choice whether or not you wish to follow our policies. However, I wouldn't suggest not doing so while you're editing here. Thank you. -- bulletproof 3:16 21:17, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
I didn't put that logo there for decorative purposes but ok. How come something is allowed next to the name of olympic gold medalist but not WWE Hall of famers huh?--Hornetman16 21:22, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Because the images next to those names are not copyrighted. They are free images and can be duplicated freely. I suggest you read through our image use policy before you make any more edits involving images. It is best for one to be familiar with our policies before contributing to the project. -- bulletproof 3:16 21:28, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
In the mean time WP:PW would appreciate it if you would remove your logo from the rest of the articles. I have to clean up WWE Intercontinental Championship so I am kind of busy to do it myself. Thanks.-- bulletproof 3:16 21:34, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Well first of all... signing your comments with instead of ~~~~ just isn't going to work. What you should do instead is go to "my preferences" at the top of the page (next to "my watchlist"). When you get there copy the following text that is in bold only:
<span style="font-family:Tempus Sans ITC"><small><span style="background:Green;color:White">  Hornetman16 </span></small></span><span style="font-family:Tempus Sans ITC"><small><span style="background:DarkBlue;color:Gold">John 3:16</span></small> </span> <span style="font-family:Eurostile"><small>(let's talk)</small> </span>
Then paste it inside the field that reads Signature:. Once you've done that click on the box below it that reads Raw signature. Finally just click Save on the bottom of the page. Tell me if it works. Your signature should appear the way you want it to just by signing like this ~~~~.-- bulletproof 3:16 04:07, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Its a show on the net. You might want to be interested in this episode [9] Once you click on the link don't click on anything else on the page and wait for the video to load. They're really intelligent people actually. Not like all the other cheap pro wrestling news shows you see on YouTube and such. Anyway you can check out their website at PWRshow.com. They put up weekly shows on their "TV Shows" section. Just something I thought you might be interested in. Tell me what you think. -- bulletproof 3:16 05:19, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
So... any thoughts?-- bulletproof 3:16 06:03, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Good show! Those against Cena were contradicting themselves. Seeya l8r, I'm sleepy!-- Hornetman16 06:05, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

You also might want to add db-author to Template:Hornetman16Signature BTW.-- bulletproof 3:16 18:44, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

I thought I did that.-- Hornetman16 19:24, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
You actually made two template pages by accident. Templates:Hornetman16Signature was deleted but you also created Template:Hornetman16Signature. That one needs to be deleted as well.-- bulletproof 3:16 19:26, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Nope... that gif image is made from copyrighted material so no. -- bulletproof 3:16 19:47, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

How bout this one...and before you mention it I'm gonna read the Image policy in a minute. JohnCena-- Hornetman16 19:53, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Any image made from television footage is also copyrighted. -- bulletproof 3:16 19:59, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Does that mean I can't use even if Vince himself gives me permission (although I doubt it)?-- Hornetman16 20:01, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Nope. Remember, no copyrighted images are allowed in user pages under any circumstances. -- bulletproof 3:16 20:03, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

I thought I read on the policy that images copyrighted could be used on usrpages as long as they were free use.-- Hornetman16 20:05, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Free images could be used because they are not copyrighted. Copyrighted images can't.-- bulletproof 3:16 20:08, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Also please note that every image that you make containing copyrighted material, such as the spinning belt graphic, is still copyrighted and therefore you cannot credit yourself as the creator of the uploaded image. -- bulletproof 3:16 20:08, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Signature template

Hi, I've noticed that you created Templates:Hornetman16Signature. You shouldn't put this into the Template: namespace; instead, it should go into a subpage of your user page, and it can be included like this: for example. Note that signatures should never be included by way of templates; if you want to put it in a subpage as I have suggested, it must be subst-ed in whenever you use it. But the easiest way to have a pretty signature is to customise it in your preferences page: look for the part about a raw signature link. enochlau (talk) 04:09, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Yeah I told him that above.-- bulletproof 3:16 04:11, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:John @ WM23 MatchCard.gif, by Bdve (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:John @ WM23 MatchCard.gif fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

non free image, not used or needed in any articles

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:John @ WM23 MatchCard.gif, please affix the template hangon to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:John @ WM23 MatchCard.gif itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 22:05, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Bob Barker

Because. He is. They haven't announced a replacement. And besides that, he's indicated that if they need him, he will host again if they can't find a replacement for awhile. And please. Stay civil and don't yell. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 04:39, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Okay i gotcha. Please don't tell me to be "civil" there are times that call for not being civil. This wasn't one of them but you know what I mean so I apollogize for yelling.-- Hornetman16 04:43, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
OK. :) --WoohookittyWoohoo! 04:46, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

No, If you add the subsections it makes the article messy. Anyways this is a website that anyone can edit.

Art 281 19:55, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

I know that but, by the way that doesn't make it messy it makes it more organized ask bulletproof 3:16!!!!

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Mark Calaway (Pro Wrestler). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. -- Scorpion0422 20:21, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Page moves

"Don't you ever... And The Rock means ever..." No seriously Hornetman16, Please don't perform page moves without forming a consensus first. Thank you. -- bulletproof 3:16 20:41, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Yes, sir. And by the way if you can remember cal me by my first name that you can find on my user page-- Hornetman16 20:43, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
Will do then, Aaron Michael Giddens.-- bulletproof 3:16 20:50, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Nothing against your logo. It’s just that it is the same poor quality as the one you replaced before. The logo I uploaded is of better quality, which is preferred. -- bulletproof 3:16 03:25, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Don Imus templates

Why did you move those Don Imus templates listed on WP:RT to the template namespace? According to Wikipedia:Userboxes, "[because of] the userbox migration, any controversial (e.g. politics) or unencyclopedic (e.g. favourite animal) userboxes should be moved to the user namespace." It would seem to me that those userboxes should stay in the user namespace. Don't worry about it, I won't make an issue about it, but I'll help you move it if you like. I'd just like to make sure you're aware of the idea behind it. Nihiltres(t.c.s) 01:43, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Put them on my created pages subpage of my Userpage will ya?-- Hornetman16 01:45, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Hi - the problem with expanding this article is that I don't think you're going to find enough reliable, secondary sources to prove the notability of the subject, since it's restricted to one episode of the show. I think you'd be better off putting any information about the Game Sphere into the article for that episode. I tried doing a Google search (click here to see it) which got only 17 hits, and practically all of those are just plot summaries of that episode. If you can find anything more, that's great, but I don't think it's going to be possible in this case. Cheers, EliminatorJR Talk 22:33, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Then just merge it instead.-- Hornetman16 02:59, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Image-Linda mcmahon.jpg)

Image you nominated for Speedy Deletion

Because Image:NRT6_2001.jpg (nudist bike ride including two children) previously survived an Images for Deletion discussion, I have removed the speedy tag you applied and relisted it at Wikipedia:Images_and_media_for_deletion/2007_June_23#Image:NRT6_2001.jpg. Regards, Flyguy649talkcontribs 03:56, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

In my opinion that's not fine because the image breaks florida law and sould be quickly deleted if Wikipedia is to survive!-- Hornetman16 04:06, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Other users disagreed in the previous IfD discussion. If you'd like, I can get an Admin's opinion on whether to speedy or IfD the image. Flyguy649talkcontribs 04:14, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
It might be best for both us and Wikipedia if you do!-- Hornetman16 04:20, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Done. I asked User:Kurykh to reply here. Flyguy649talkcontribs 05:06, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
How does it break Florida's laws? This is not child pornography. (I was notified of this discussion) —Kurykh 05:07, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
It's child porno because the girls naked and she looks 4 years old that's sick and perverted. Not only is she naked she's surrounded by men who are also naked. if you keep this image on this site I will take this image to the police!!!-- Hornetman16 05:10, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Just because she is naked does not mean it is child porn. Child porn was defined by a Supreme Court case as a "lewd and lascivious exhibition" of a minor, which in no way applies to this picture. —Kurykh 05:12, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
And is the suggestion of taking the photo to the police a legal threat? —Kurykh 05:13, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
If it's what it take to get this place justified then yes. DO NOT BLOCK ME. I'M JUST TRYING TO AN OFFENSIVE PHOTO DELETED PLUS I DEFINE CHILD PORNO AS A NAKED CHILD!!-- Hornetman16 05:17, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
"Your definition" is neither Floridan law nor Wikipedia policy. Do not dare order me to do or not do anything and DO NOT SCREAM AT ME, PLEASE. —Kurykh 05:19, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
According to my Mother who has been both molested and had Child Porno picture taken of her, That photo fall under the Florida Law def. of Child Porno!!!-- Hornetman16 05:24, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Perhaps it would be best to discuss the photo at its IfD page. There, more people can give their opinions about the photo. I do understand that you (Hornetman16) strongly object to the photo. However, community consensus is important. Regards, Flyguy649talkcontribs 05:24, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:Bill_Engvall_pose.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Bill_Engvall_pose.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

 1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add Replaceable fair use disputed, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
 2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

Thank you. User:Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr) 20:11, 23 June 2007 (UTC) Bold text
