Proposed deletion of Tandy Trower

The article Tandy Trower has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Promotional article, most text added by a series of SPAs. Purpose appears to be to publicise his robotics company. Grandiose claims of biographical notability and extreme detail, but a paucity of independent third-party sources to back them. A WP:BEFORE shows passing coverage of the robotics firm. We don't have the necessary depth of coverage in independent RSes to sustain a BLP here.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I have known Tandy for 15 years and I helped him create the original page. It is now out of date. Much of the information, though not all, I can attest to personally. He would like to keep the page. Perhaps it is the wrong type of page? TrevorTaylor (talk) 05:13, 3 August 2021 (UTC)
