Thank you.

The article The Martin Agency has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 22:30, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:39, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notability is not contagious[edit]

Notability is not contagious; a subject does not become notable because it has interacted with another subject which is notable. (I've sold books to Charlton Heston, Tony Bennett, and William Rehnquist; argued politics with Poul Anderson, Jerry Pournelle and Lee Dreyfus; saved a picture of me with Hilary Clinton; and won money from Ben Stein: none of that made me notable.) Just because your agency had notable clients, didn't make it notable. What has the press, especially the non-trade press, had to say about them? What note has Barron's or Rolling Stone or the New York Times taken of the agency itself', as opposed to its clients or its campaigns? If all you can offer is press releases and mentions in the Times-Dispatch, you're not gonna get anywhere. --Orange Mike | Talk 01:00, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Xmasimage.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Xmasimage.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 01:05, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
