Burning Black Pt2
Good Morning.
I've tried to create the page Burning_black many times, respecting all the rules about creation, management etc. but every time appears to me the deletion of an admin that says to me "Article about a band, singer, musician, or musical ensemble that does not indicate the importance or significance of the subject". I've used as a template, the wikipedia page of many other band that are perfectly online and i don't know why my page has this kind of problem. Furthermore, my page now is blocked, so i can't edit it anymore. What should i do now? For the band is really important to get the wiki page.

- Random interjection: Bot flags are good for getting larger amounts of results back from the server per request and there have been BRFAs approved for such reasons when the proposed tasks were infeasible to run offline. I am writing on behalf of students from a Singapore institution. We had been trying to create wikipedia accounts. Unfortunately, our IP has been range blocked by you.
The reason given was "checkuserblock".
Many of our students are active contributors to Wikipedia, and we feel that indiscriminate IP block serves to punish innocent users altogether with users who commit vandalism.
Furthermore, we suggest that when you block users or IP you should give real reasons, citing instances of vandalism (i.e., giving examples of articles being previously vandalized), rather than just writing a vague line of "checkuserblock", or "this IP has been violating Wikipedia policy." Please do point out which policy the users have violated, rather than just giving a link directing us to a page with long list of Wikipedia policy.
Otherwise, how can we be sure that Wikipedia remains open, not subject to indiscriminate blocking, unjudicial use of administrators' powers, and protected against censorship hiding behind the line "violating Wikipedia policy"? How can we trust that information in Wikipedia is not politically biased, when unindentified administrators can block users and IP addresses from editing, without giving real, specific reasons? Most importantly, how can we trust you that you are not abusing your priviledges as an administrator?

Good morning, I notice that you ahve deleted the page I setup for Corporate Air (Australia). This page is related to the company I work for but have no owenership of. Proxies? or meatpuppet vandalism?
There's been a nasty spate of vandalism over at Scrooge McDuck, with piles of UK addresses hitting the article. They are all different networks, and span different countries within the UK, so I haven't blocked anyone, as they all appear dynamic. Could you take a quick peek and see if there's anything to lead you to believe it's one user using open proxies? If so, I'll go ahead and block the IPs as open proxies.

Possible source of Freedom5000 socks
I just blocked what looks like yet another sock of User:Freedom5000, enjoying themselves at Talk:September 11 attacks. This caused 76.68.55.226 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), which has previously been blocked for vandalizing the same page, to become auto-blocked. A question/Guidance
Hello there; I am Ani MSc student of computer science. Since my supervisor wanted us t o create a Wikipedia page, I have started a topic under name of ISLAB(Intelligence Systems Laboratory). And you deleted it by the criteria named "A7: No explanation of the subject's significance (real person, animal, organization, or web content))" and " (A7 (web): Web content; doesn't indicate importance/significance)"... The content of page was referring to a brief introduction for this laboratory as it is directly by permission of my supervisor so we didn't have any copyright issues as well, but you had deleted it neither because of copyright access problem and/or the content type. Now I have a question Is creating this kind of pages really unimportance according to Wikipedia terms or did I missed something like reference or etc. for this purpose?

- Just passing by: the page Wikipedia:Starting an article has some useful tips. In general, an article, even in its early stages, needs to indicate why the subject is notable (per Wikipedia:Notability), hopefully with some secondary references to reliable sources (that is, independent publications that discuss the subject at some length and in some depth). If a lab, for instance, is famous for doing a particular kind of analysis really well, that should constitute a claim to notability. Since I am not an administrator I cannot see the content of the article you proposed so I can't comment on content, but looking at the website I don't really see how notability by our standards can be established, and this Google search doesn't offer much help either.
