Flag of Finland

Yes! I hope this will be left as you corrected it. Some people have used the PMS value, which makes the flag too dark. --Janke | Talk 16:21, 26 July 2005 (UTC)

Funnily enough, I did a quick colour test with InDesign using the officially defined Pantone colour, and the result was actually even lighter. I didn't find the PSM colour 294C in PhotoShop, so I used the CMYK values. It is a bit pointless to be absolutely accurate anyway, since the colour will be slightly off when coverted into the RBG system. I also suspect that embedded colour profiles can affect the colour on a monitor quite drastically. --The Merciful 16:35, 26 July 2005 (UTC)

Could you please look at Commons:Image:Suomen valtiolippu.png. GFDL is claimed over there and I'd like to see consistency on the colours. Also licensing isn't consistent. Image:Suomen valtiolippu.png seems to have been taken from commons, but fails to credit Commons:User:Vzb83. Would you mind uploading your version to commons and crediting User:E Pluribus Anthony for his changes? After that we could consider putting the EN version for deletion? The images do have valid reasoning for their existance in the fair use claims. Challenge them first before tagging them. You own behaviour is much closer to vandalism than mine The Merciful 15:04, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

No you did not. You merely slabbed a tag, and did not leave any comment on discussion page. Since you did not challenge the images' validity, I'm removing the tags again. Last time I "chacked" _(heh), you'd already gotten plenty of image warnings above. But if you want, here, here's your last warning. Read WP:NFC WP:NFCC and WP:FURG for information on how to use copyrighted images correctly. Now you are not making any sense. Mentioning my previous warnings is utter Ad Honimen and has have nothing to do with this (and are really result of rules changing since when I stated sontributing. The cited game features are mentioned in the image descritions in the article, but even if they weren't, it would only be grounds for expnading the article itself, not deleteing images from it. Spell-check much? And, no, you haven't mentioned the features in the article because the article is all of three sentences. You've put copyrighted images in a picture gallery. There's absolutely no way you can justify that. And I think you mean ad hominem, and no, you're still wrong because your history of image-uploading is fully on-topic and speaks volumes about your train of thought. Every article on Wikipedia is open to expansion and revision, pictures or not. I don't know when you started thinking that article evolution ended at a certain point. Even if you did expand that article sufficiently (with sources), you'd still be hard pressed to be able to fit those images in. -- VegitaU 18:25, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

the reasons for block are invalid. It states that I have made personal attack towards VegitaU. I don't know where or when. However I do see VegitaU has made comments about my spelling, and implied that my talk page history soppusedly makes me a problem user. It should be noted when I did start contributing to Wikipedia there were no requirements to give fair use rationales for fair use images. The warning are result of that. As for charges of vandalism, I merely acted by the instructions given by the deletion tags: "remove this tag if the issue is corrected". Basically I think VegitaU is playing dirty in this edit conflict

"VegitaU's drive to delet the images" is more a note of his actions, and definetly less of a personal attack than his comments on my spelling and on my talk page. And if I have been mistaken on the tag deletions, they were done in good faith and based on my understanding of the instructions given in the tag text.
