Going forward with my article, I plan to continue to add more information about the history and applications of digital video. Today, I focused first on the format and readability of the article, as well as ensuring there were no "citation needed" messages. Then, I worked on adding new information to the article based on the sources I found and read. Before we finish and publish to live wikipedia, I would like to continue with my goal of adding more cultural information to make the article more well-rounded, as well as overall proofreading and cleaning up of the article. I also may try to include more images.

You only needed to have a copy of the original and changed content for the copyediting assignment. At this stage you can delete the copied original content, and just make sure everything you've added is in bold. You've also done a good amount of copyediting, so before the draft is due next week I would focus on adding content that cites peer-reviewed sources (you've done a good job of this already. You should also incorporate your "citation exercise" at the bottom into the main article. You can continue to fine tune the structure and writing, but in the interest of time I would focus on the cultural information you want to add.Adrishaw (talk) 20:45, 22 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Today I made revisions by removing the excess copy of the content included in my sandbox and making sure my edits were clearly labeled. I also moved my citation exercise from the bottom of my page and incorporated it into my actual article at the appropriate location. I also went through the article and saw a couple spots where I planned to add information but didn't, so I went back and found my sources for those posts and added in a few sentences. Lastly, I decided I wanted to expand the article a little and add a subsection about digital video broadcasting, so I found a journal article on it and wrote my section. Lastly, I made sure I cited all of these new sources I added. My draft is mostly how I want it, but if anything else I would just be adding in any more cultural information that I feel I missed or filling any last minute gaps.

In response to my peer review and notes, I started by edited 4 of my citations to ensure they were properly formatted. I chose not to add any additional sources as recommended by my peer because I felt like I had added everything I wanted that fit well. I also chose not to add any sentences to the storage format section because I want to keep it as a list format, but opted to add more images to the article as recommended, particularly in that section to add clarity and a refresher. Overall, I think I have made all the edits that I want to make!

I got feedback from 1 person on Wikipedia. They recommended that I move the cultural information about digital video to the body of the article, not the intro. I agreed with this, so I moved it down. They also said the term "Digital video broadcasting" was misused, so I reworked the paragraph and replaced it with the term "digital television" and linked to that page on Wikipedia. I also added 1 additional source about digital television to amp up that section.
