Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service for you to use for publicity purposes.
Your user page User:Syed Aawaiz should be used only to describe yourself to the Wikipedia community in the context of your work as a Wikipedia editor. For the most part, your user page should not be used to describe your life or your work outside Wikipedia. See Wikipedia:User pages for more information. The user page you created (and which is now deleted) would be more appropriate for Facebook.
For a person to merit a Wikipedia article, that person must meet the inclusion criteria described in Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (people).

If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

Welcome to Wikipedia, but it is not a place like Facebook or LinkedIn for people to write about themselves. It is a quite different sort of site, a project to build an encyclopedia, so it is selective about subjects for articles, and writing about oneself is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography.
