Vittorio image

The image was deleted under WP:CSD#I7 because it was determined that this fair use image was replaceable. I'm happy to restore the image again, but please add the proper fair use licensing and provide a sufficient fair use rationale. See WP:NFCC, WP:ICT/FU and WP:FURG for more. In the image, you said you had permission from Vittorio to use the image. Wikipedia needs written evidence that this is true. Could you tell the people from www.vittoriogrigolo.com to e-mail "permissions-en AT wikimedia DOT org"? Disputed fair use rationale for Image:AlbumUK.jpg}

However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.
