Welcome[edit]

Hello, SturmTiger42, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} and your question on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! DickClarkMises (talk) 05:38, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe slow down[edit]

Hello--I've noticed you're making significant changes to several articles. I want to suggest that you slow down a bit. I've particularly noticed that a lot of your changes have point-of-view problems. There will always be debate about points of view, and so there will be debates about some parts of your changes. However, bits like saying that mainstream economists are "wrong" and someone else is "correct" are dead give-aways.

Changes like these are bound to be undone (by me or someone else), and in the process the other aspects of your changes will also probably be undone. So, you might want to slow down and make changes more carefully. Read the links in the welcome message above if you're new to Wikipedia. Make suggestions on the talk pages of articles.

Otherwise, as above, welcome! Cretog8 (talk) 18:27, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Inflation[edit]

Please consider making your suggestions on the talk page, or refining the "monetarist" or "Austrian" school subsections to reflect what you think is missing. There is a general consensus about the definition of inflation to be used in the introduction, which can be traced through the history of edits on that page. Different points of view are welcome, but should not radically depart from previous agreed introduction. Thanks! Mark Borgschulte (talk) 19:41, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, be aware of the 3RR rule, which is intended to prevent edit warring. You risk running afoul of this rule if you continue to revert the inflation article. Technically, you have already broken it, as the edits you are using were first made under an anonymous IP address at 13:25 today. See 3RR for more information.
