The reason I deleted your picture was because it's an exact copy of one that's already under deletion discussion. Please don't keep uploading copies of your picture under new names; this is just an attempt to circumvent the discussion, and if you continue doing it you risk being blocked.

As for giving your userpage some flair...yes, some editors do have a little flair on their userpage, but they're generally editors who are constructive contributors to the encyclopedia.
