DAJF: The article published in the Australian found here: http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/nation/no-place-for-you-aussie-geisha-told/story-e6frg6nf-1226069744853 seems to suggest that Fiona Graham was not expelled, or that she left voluntarily. Rather, she had no other option after her geisha mother became ill. As this issue is contentious, might I suggest that the wording be left intentionally slightly ambiguous. This way readers would not be mislead one way or another and neutrality would surely be maintained. --Spikey8D (talk) 23:04, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Fiona Graham, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary.
