Edit summaries[edit]

Hello, welcome to Wikipedia! It seems you and some classmates are editing Wikipedia for a class - I understand that learning about Wikipedia's policies is probably way beyond the scope of that, but it would be better if you and your classmates didn't mark major contributions (defined as adding or removing a lot of text/sources/article material) as minor edits. That's for things like punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc. Sometimes marking things as "minor" will make it harder for other editors to see the changes on their watchlists.
