1936 NFL Draft

Just a quick note about the 1936 NFL Draft GAN. It appears the article is a list and so shouldn't be listed at GAN. I would fail it but then that goes down in the article history. I'm not sure if there's anyway of removing the nomination without actually failing it. Peanut4 (talk) 19:53, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

Unfortunately there is no good list criteria, and lists can't be good articles. I won't fail it, but you would be best asking someone how to remove it as a candidate rather than failing it, probably on the GA talk page. My best suggestions would then be to try and get some help from WP:NFL and list the article at WP:PR for a peer review. Peanut4 (talk) 22:01, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

I don't know if commenting it out on the talk page will work properly. I don't understand how the bots work, how the tags work and how the articlehistory ends up being automatically updated, so I think you need to ask someone who might understand. Peanut4 (talk) 23:40, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
