Request reason:

First, Todor Bozhinov is not indefinitely blocked user. Second I am not his sockpuppet.

Decline reason:

It is clear that you are using multiple accounts against policy. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 18:46, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

{{unblock|I repeat, I am not Todor Bozhinov and I dont know how do you determine I have used multiple accounts since in fact I have not. I have prevented vandalism against the Stara Zagora article. To make it clear, I am not the same user as Fifth Largest, who registered after I did, Fifth Largest is adding a questionable source which I have tried to remove. I am not the same as the user TodorBozhinov, and you must have a way to check this. I understand now after I read the manuals that this was a bad way to delete his link all the time. If you unblock me I will not repeat this and will not edit this article anymore. I will like to edit other articles however.}}

From a technical perspective, both Fifth Largest and Sixth Largest appear to have started edit warring anonymously, then later selected usernames to match the "theme" of their argument. A non-relation is impossible to prove conclusively, but I don't see any clear technical evidence of abusive sockpuppetry, here. Just my two cents. – Luna Santin (talk) 20:42, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
True, a non-relation is impossible to prove, but both my blocks, of both involved users, were made on their contributions - these accounts do nothing but disrupt the project, and have been created, in my opinion, in bad faith, and purely used to edit-war over whether Stara Zagora is the 5th or 6th largest in Bulgaria. Neither user has made any attempt to discuss the changes being made, and the edits being reverted are not vandalism in any sense of the word, as the source being warred over - here, clearly states on page 39 that, by population, this city is the fifth largest in Bulgaria. I'm not taking sides in this, but the source is hardly dubious. I'm happy to support an unblock, but I would caution both users on edit warring - this has been going on using IP addresses since at least the beginning of October 2008. There's an awful lot of sock or meatpuppeting going on here. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 12:02, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

per comments left by other editors and administrators above and the promise of this user to not edit war or even edit the article in question anymore.
