Thanks...
Thank you for showing your support for me in my recent RfA. Unfortunately, I was unable to earn the required consensus and did not succeed. I do hope to put in another request in a few months, once I have improved upon the concerns addressed by the rest of the participants. Your expressed trust in me will definitely help me reach that goal. Thank you again, and happy editing! Hersfold (t/a/c) 01:22, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

Fair use disputed for Image:BLANcrest.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:BLANcrest.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:24, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Siva

I saw your name on the Baruch Halpern article-for-deletion page and looked you up, and find you'er in Singapore. I'm in Phnom Penh, which makes us neighbours (almost). Anytime you'er in the area, please let me know and I'll take you out to dinner and we can talk OT theology. PiCo 08:23, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Newcastle United F.C. Page

I noticed you have put a template on Talk:Newcastle United F.C. which is almost identical to a template that it already on there, is it necessary, or would there be a way to combine them? 81.137.224.50 13:28, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Lewesfc.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Lewesfc.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 13:31, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Dreadstar RfA

Thanks for your support! I took the easy way out of thanking everyone by borrowing someone else's design...but know that I sincerely appreciate your support and confidence in me! Your comments were great! Dreadstar 04:59, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Siva. Bad timing with creating that article - it was in the news a couple of days ago that they have withdrawn from the West Midlands Regional League and have dropped into the Herefordshire League. This means that they are now classed as non-notable, having never played above Step 7! Anyway, thanks for your support in my RfA too. Number 57 15:03, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

Barneca RfA thank you spam

Siva1979, thank you for your support during my RfA, especially after the concerns that were brought up by other editors. I'll keep all of the comments in mind in the coming months, and will try again later. In the mean time, if you see me doing something stupid, please let me know. See you around. --barneca (talk) 13:00, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Jackson

With respect to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Adre'anna Jackson, would you mind taking a look at Category:Murdered American children? It appears to contain several similar articles in memorial style. Being from Europe myself, I have a difficult time picking out the notable ones from that cat. Cheers, >Radiant< 16:37, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your participation in my RfA, which closed successfully with unanimous support. I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and vote and I can't wait to learn the new tools and further immerse myself into Wikipedia!
