Thanks for your question about using your own book as a source for Wikipedia content. I'm afraid that while your book is unpublished, it can't be used as a source: WP:SOURCES says "Source material must have been published (made available to the public in some form); unpublished materials are not considered reliable." You'd either need to publish it through a reputable publisher, or self-publish it (either through a publisher, or online) - although in the latter case, Wikipedia can only use a self-published source "when produced by an established expert on the topic of the article whose work in the relevant field has previously been published by reliable third-party publications", and I don't know what your credentials are there.
I'd guess the most useful thing you could do for Wikipedia would be to draw on the sources you've already used in writing your book, to improve whichever articles you feel need work, while being careful not to introduce any of your own theories or conclusions into the article.
