DVDR

Yes, we definitely do need to come to some kind of concensus or else we're gonna continue trading edits. It is not "unbias" to argue that the public perception of DVDR has drastically deteriorated over the past two years. Prominent message boards such as TheSmartMarks.com, CZWFans, ROHWrestling.com and many others have seen an influx of threads hating on DVDR. Just a few weeks ago there was a 2 or 3 page CZWFans thread where poster after poster after poster criticized the "Naziism" of the DVDR crew. Now obviously "naziism" is a stretch, but its not a stretch to say the general opinion of the board has very much changed for the negative as of late. So what do you see wrong with my wording in my edit?JB 20:44, 12 May 2006 (UTC)

DVDR 2

Did a little fine tuning...will this work? "As of recent, several former members of the message board who were banned for what they consider to be unclear and/or arbitrary reasons, have led a storm of criticism about the DVDR forums's policies on other pro wrestling message boards." Also let me know if the message thing works.

DVDR 3

So, if I put the code for "if the article has been nominated for deletion before" instead of the code I used is it allowed? What do I do as far as the talk page? They tell you what code to put at the top of the page if it has already been tried for deletion before, but it doewsn't say how that situation would affect the talk page.

re: DVDR

I am confused how to remove it. When I press "Edit this page" there is only a couple lines that I can edit and none of it is any of the stuff that was listed (UserJB196, etc. all the ohter pages that are listed at the URL you linked to.;;JB196 05:14, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

DVDR

Hey SirFozzie. Please see my comments on DVDR talk page, etc. If you believe that the information should be readded that is perfectly fine with me, as long as you cite sources as to how the info is relevent to Wikipedia. Almost half the article was totally irrelevent and meant as an advertisement which violates Wikipedia policy (that was one of several Wikipedia policies violated by the article).JB196 17:00, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

You're lovely case

I apologize about your case remaining on the to-mediate list for so long... it seems no one was willing to volunteer. Bit I've taken your case, and we will conduct a friendly discussion at my talk page. Thank you for understanding. -- The Prophet Wizard of the Crayon Cake (Prophesize|Witchcraft) 17:05, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Well, there's nothing much to work on in your case. If there are no objjections, I'll close the case and just let you folks work out any future disagreements. Everyone was really well behaved, so thanks for being so cooperative. If you have any problems in the future, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Thanks. --The Prophet Wizard of the Crayon Cake 20:16, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

DVDVR #7892

I'm not sure what good filing any 3RR complaints will do, as Barber is on AOL so has frequently changing IPs as you can see by the edit history. There's no way we're going to get large numbers of AOL IPs blocked as sockpuppets. As far as I can see, there's two possible courses of action.

  1. Get the page semi-protected to prevent further vandalism (has been done on several other pages Barber has persisted in editing since his block)
  2. Get a consensus on the DVDVR discussion page saying the tag isn't required, as the only person who ever wanted it there has been blocked for disruptive behavior, including putting unnecessary tags on any page he wasn't happy with the content/existence of.

Either way is fine by me, I'm leaning slightly more towards the second one though. Thoughts? Sasaki 17:51, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
