Thanks for your note. The problem is that personal knowledge is considered original research which is banned on Wikipedia, mostly because others will claim that they were there too and everything you remember is wrong and they are right, and so on. We get around this with reliable references as required to make everything verifiable. Basically Wikipedia is based on verifiable information rather than The Truth for reasons explained in that last link. So please do go ahead and find the refs to support the text and anything not supportable will get cut. It is better to have a short but verifiable article than a longer one that might be wrong. - Ahunt (talk) 23:23, 12 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You need to add refs to the article. An article without a single ref has "Delete me!" written all over it. —Compdude123 03:21, 13 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Simon. I've just started a discussion here which deals with the question whether Gulf Aviation nd Gulf Air are one and the same company. If so, I think the two articles should be merged, because in that case, all that was done in 1974 was a just renaming. You are kindly invited to join the talk. --FoxyOrange (talk) 16:00, 29 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
