Hi SilkTork. Would you watchlist Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Requests for closure if you have not already watchlisted it? There is a backlog at the noticeboard. I hope you're able to close a few of the discussions there. Thanks! Cunard (talk) 01:56, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that link. I'll put it on my userpage, and when I am in the mood for doing a closure or two, I'll take a look. SilkTork ✔Tea time 16:30, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Can you weigh in on Merge discussion you started at Talk:Acceptance and Commitment Therapy?

I notice at Talk:Acceptance and commitment therapy that only Devil's Advocate and I seem to be contributing to the discussion you started of whether to merge the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science article into the Acceptance and commitment therapy article. Given that you originated the suggestion for a merge, can you stop by and add your thoughts? It might be helpful. Thanks - Whole Sight (talk) 11:55, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'll take a look. SilkTork ✔Tea time 13:27, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

West Memphis Three

Hi

Sheesh! Thanks for catching that one! I have no idea how that happened, I did have several tabs open though and possibly I edited an old version as you say. All I was supposed to be doing was adding one external link lol.

I will add it back in - hopefully with no mistakes this time! [1]

Once again, thanks Chaosdruid (talk) 15:03, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I thought it would be that. I also work with multiple tabs, and check older versions of pages. It is likely I have done the same myself at some point! SilkTork ✔Tea time 15:23, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

CAMRA

Slow down and watch your edit summaries, perhaps? eg this one! And of course CAMRA is CAMRA (beer) - it's not even obvious that the Canberra organisation is notable. PamD 16:58, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. This incident has tested my patience to the limit, and I am aware that I am pushing at the boundaries of what is acceptable. Strangely, I don't know why this incident has pushed my button, but I am rather more emotional than I should be! What might be sensible is if I take that page off my watchlist and let others deal with it. SilkTork ✔Tea time 17:05, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have unwatched, and I'm walking away. Thanks for the note. SilkTork ✔Tea time 17:23, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As I suspected, Malleus F is a CrimHead. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you are a member of that rare subspecies, Crimchicks. Having the usual developed literary intelligence of a CrimHead, you are fully qualified to vet the DYK nomination for Discipline Global Mobile.

(Do remember to note my solicitation, if you do a DYK. I would hate to see an accusation of meat-puppetry, etc.)

I gave Malleus a similar message, with a side-note about French erotica. Cheers,  Kiefer.Wolfowitz 12:44, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Modern Celtic-inspired design involving a circle surrounding a triangle; between them are undulating and crossing patterns inspired by Celtic traditions. The background is crimson.

Did you know
  • ... that the music company Discipline Global Mobile (DGM) insists that its artists own all copyrights, so that even its "knotwork" corporate logo (pictured) is owned by its designer?

  • Thanks for thinking of me Kiefer; however, I no longer get involved in DYK. My memory of it, though, was that it was fairly easy to get an article listed. You nominate it, and then leave it. Provided you have met the criteria, it gets listed, and there are rarely any questions or extra work to do. Good luck! SilkTork ✔Tea time 16:26, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
    • I asked you and Malleus because of your writing and editing proficiency and because you both have edited KC in the past, which suggested that you two would be the editors most likely to lead to an improved article.  Kiefer.Wolfowitz 17:23, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
