Speedy deletion of Worlds chat[edit]

A tag has been placed on Worlds chat requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. -t BMW c- 19:49, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Worlds chat[edit]

A tag has been placed on Worlds chat, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

Removal of {{POV-check}}[edit]

I've removed the {{POV-check}} template you added to the Battle of Manila (1899) article. The documentation of this template requires that the editor who adds the tag must address the issues on the talk page, pointing to specific issues that are actionable within the content policies. I was unable to find the required discussion of the issues. If you reinsert the template, please discuss the relevant issues on the article's talk page. March 2012[edit]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Nettwerk, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. continuing with edits[edit]

such as the ones you've made at James Henry Carleton and Kit Carson is just going to get you blocked. Both articles seem to discuss some of their more unsavory aspects, if you think that these are not covered enough edit the articles, don't just snipe at them from behind a rock somewhere.
