Dan Agin

Seems a notable guy/skeptic. But we have no article. What do you think? Alexbrn (talk) 09:12, 13 July 2016 (UTC)

No idea, never heard of him. Find the articles first that supports his notoriety, secondary sources by notable people. Then those will help decide.Sgerbic (talk) 23:52, 13 July 2016 (UTC)

With this edit, Jasonanaggie asserts that the link should be to the Franklin, Indiana, paper. Since this reference was in your original version of the article, can you confirm that this is right? I looked into the matter a while ago and could not find the 1989 John Hoffman article in either the Franklin or the Kankakee newspaper's archives, but Kankakee seems somewhat closer to Calumet City than Franklin.  —jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 04:41, 31 July 2016 (UTC)

You know, I have no idea now. So much time has passed since I did that I don't know.Sgerbic (talk) 05:14, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
OK. I still feel a little pang when a piece of the collective memory ceases to be verifiable from the web. This one doesn't hurt much, though.  —jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:31, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
