detecting duplicate links

Hey, Seatto23! You'd asked about how to know when you've put in a dup link -- there's a script you can install, it's at User:Evad37/duplinks-alt. It adds a button to the sidebar. There are dozens of scripts that make editing easier and more efficient! Got it. I saw you moved that. It was feeling weird to have the state with the most cases not listed at all on the main page timeline. I was just putting in a super-brief update on the main page and putting anything longer on the WA page. But if you want to keep it totally separate, I will just post to the WA page. Incorrect numbers on the Coronavirus outbreak in the US

You keep on using numbers from Wikipedia’s own chart in official US counts, but these numbers are based on individual calculations that harbor the possibility for gaps. In the info box of the US page, there is the official count. In the table on the official Wikipedia page for the outbreak, there is the official count. This is a heavily-sourced count, along with many others. STOP using numbers from Wikipedia’s slightly erroneous calculations. I don't understand what the gap is here, but a) if WP has erroneous calculations we should correct those also! and b) I came here to thank you Seatto23 for your various efforts to keep these numbers up to date :) – SJ + 04:32, 27 March 2020 (UTC)
