Disambiguation pages

Hello, SS49. When you moved Philadelphia Fever to a new title and then changed the old title into a disambiguation page, you may not have been aware of WP:FIXDABLINKS, which says:

When creating disambiguation pages, fix all resulting mis-directed links.
Before moving an article to a qualified name (in order to create a disambiguation page at the base name, to move an existing disambiguation page to that name, or to redirect that name to a disambiguation page), click on What links here to find all of the incoming links. Repair all of those incoming links to use the new article name.

It would be a great help if you would check the other Wikipedia articles that contain links to "Philadelphia Fever" and fix them to take readers to the correct article. Thanks. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 10:29, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

@R'n'B:, Thanks for reminding me. I will do my best to fix links to disambiguation page in such moves. Thanks again for the message. ~SS49~ {talk} 12:43, 8 May 2020 (UTC)

This is a courtesy notification that I have closed your appeal with the consensus for the ban to remain in place at this time. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 17:43, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi, just letting you know when you perform a move at Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests, you need to clear the request. There is no bot that does it. Otherwise, someone will just go and possibly best case scenario waste time looking into it, or worst case scenario perform a swap and then have to undo everything. You can look at the page to see how to perform a move as a page mover or admin. Thanks. Sir Joseph (talk) 14:41, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi @Sir Joseph:, I just started to move pages at TR couple of days ago. I thought bot will clear the request. My fault. Thanks for the information. ~SS49~ {talk} 14:52, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
SS49, No problem, and just letting you know, that what I do, is I clear the request right away, because several times in the past I've had my script and someone else's script interfere and it caused major hassles to resolve. Sir Joseph (talk) 14:56, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
