Revision of Public Interest article[edit]

I have removed the tag calling for more citations (placed in 2009)after making the following edits to this article: I removed portions of the article that contained no citations; I expanded the section "Public interest law" by supplying citations, adding a bibliography, and adding discussions of other countries.
