A company may be notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in multiple, reliable, secondary sources, independent of the company. Articles must be based primarily on such sources. The quality of references is much more important than quantity.

Most of the cited sources are press releases, other companies in business with ModeAudio, directory-type listings, self-published blogs, or user-generated sources. Strip them away (and the product-heavy language that reads like an advertisement rather than a history), and only Music Tech and Music Radar are left. These two do not convincingly exhibit the deep and ongoing coverage that would show that the firm is part of the enduring historical record.

It may be unrealistic of you to expect a organization not much more than two years old to have had the significant and demonstrable effects that would justify its inclusion in Wikipedia. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
