Hey man....[edit]

I've been noticing that you've been working on some of the Phish Download stuff, and I just wanted to say what's up. If you need anything or have any questions, feel free to hit me up. —  MusicMaker5376 14:41, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Categories[edit]

Just wanted to let you know that I'm playing around a bit with categories. If I do anything that doesn't make sense (like not keeping the Live Phish that were available on CD and for download in both Category:Live Phish series and Category:LivePhish.com Downloads), just hit me up. (I'll fix all of that when I'm less tired....) I'm thinking, too, that maybe the downloads should be categorized like (for 2/16/03) so they'll sort by the date of the concert on the category page. Tomorrow, I can fix the ones that are already done, but for future ones, that's probably the way to do it.... —  MusicMaker5376 05:58, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The redirects are a good idea -- they just don't get categorized. Since the articles that they redirect to should be in both Category:Live Phish series and Category:LivePhish.com Downloads, there's no need to put the redirects in categories. —  MusicMaker5376 15:10, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And the way the categories link are a little different than with articles. For categories, it sorts the articles by whatever's after the pipe, so is going to categorize the same as , under "L". Using it like will sort it by the date. —  MusicMaker5376 17:09, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I sorted the ones by date because, for all intents and purposes, the dates are their titles. The others should sort by title. I didn't realize that they're available for download; I just happened to notice Colorado '88 when I was doing something else.
What do you think of the new Template:Phish? There's enough room for all of the downloads -- you can add them to the template yourself if you're feeling brave enough, or you can just let me know when you've got articles done and I can add them. Feedback on the template is more than welcome. —  MusicMaker5376 14:56, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Live Phish Downloads: 06.07.09, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Live Phish Downloads: 06.07.09. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
