A good portion of this is a personal attack on me. Could that portion please be removed? Everyking 06:26, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lighten up. Alphax τεχ 07:04, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It wasn't intended as a personal attack, just a light-hearted bit of fun for April Fools Day. I'm sorry you felt otherwise. BillyH 10:28, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to be lampooned. It seems very unfair that I have to tolerate this despite clearly expressing my wishes that it be removed. Everyking 19:16, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Very well done, guys :) The first indicator something was amiss to me was the fact the logs followed mIRC logging format, which the geeky types who started Wikipedia would be unlikely to use. - Mark 10:39, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Could that be a funny April joke? ;-) --Markus Schweiss 22:14, 1 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

April Fools Day is over! OK? Everyking 04:43, 2 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is Ashlee Simpson over, too? -- 84.132.146.143 08:02, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, but I think this argument is. Everyking 08:20, 3 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This has to be a fake, since Jimbo Wales did not use the phrase "to make the world a better place" or something to that extent whithin that rather long amount of text. Unconvincing, I'm afraid... ;-) --62.214.237.151 20:38, 8 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wow had me fooled until I hovered over the April Fool's Day thing in the corner of the page. Thought it was amazing that Larry correctly predicted the topic of the 1,000,000th article. --WikiSlasher 13:10, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The puzzle-ball logo, mentioned herein, wasn't in use in the beginning. The logo used to be some text with the middle magnified...the opposite of pincushion effect, I forget its name. There may've been another logo before that. boffy_b 06:29, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I request that this page be protected to prevent people from restoring the personal attack on me. I just now found out that it had been restored back in January without my knowledge and had stayed there for three months. Even if it was just a fun joke on April 1, 2006 (I don't feel it was), it has now been over a year, and to continue posting this stuff about me is very mean-spirited. Everyking 06:22, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, why doesn't someone restore that bit, but use me instead of Everyking? That was hilarious. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 14:43, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is, um...historically inaccurate... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.2.95.171 (talk) 12:30, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You mean the bit about Everyking was true?! --Joshua Issac (talk) 00:56, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Let me guess whos the vandal the founder because 127.0.0.1 is the local server--Rabbit67890 (talk) 02:16, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
