For some reason, I think that even after I listen to Graduation, I will still like listening to "My Gun" really loud and stuff. Stuff from Curtis is mostly bangers, but Graduation (I am assuming, since his first two albums were) is probably more of that alternative hip hop. I agree, Kanye will never be a great lyricist, but he does try, and he is still a producer at heart, 50 is a businessman at heart, he admitted it himself. So obviously I will be more interested musically into the guy that is more interested in music than business. I respect 50 as a businessman, making $100 mill from some Vitamin Water is smart. But I really don't care much for his lyrical ability (he was above average back in 2003, but now he is wack, "Rich I'm already that, tan I'm already black"??? LOL), or his topics, I really am bored of those songs, but those songs are the recipe for success, and I gotta respect 50 for that too, he knows only the bitches buy albums nowadays, and they want that R&B soft pussy shit that no one in the hood will respect, but he doesn't care, for him, a hit is a hit. Kanye won't really whore himself out like 50 for an extra Billboard single, he's quite OK, not as an MC, but as a producer, and songs like "Through the Wire" are very original, while "I Get Money"... isn't. I haven't really been working too much on articles after my RfA, I got "Maneater (Nelly Furtado song)" to a GA as well as improving and nominating Curtis for a GA too. I've been spending a lot of time trying to keep admin backlogs clear really. It was good to get Straight Outta Compton to a GA, it took long enough to be reviewed lol. Getting it up to a WP:FA would be a lot of work, see Illmatic which i've also been working on to get it up to featured status. It has to have a lot more information. Yeah, took ages! I came accross maneater when I was browsing and saw that it has a lot of content but it was in really bad condition, like the formatting, references, wording. So I basically revamped it. The Chronic is another classic album but I prefer 2001 a lot more, you can never get sick of tracks like "The Watcher", "Still Dre", "The Next Episode", "Forgot about Dre", there classics! Although "Nuthing But A 'G' Thang" is good.
