List of fictional countries[edit]

Hello RblxFunkyGamer, would you like to tell me why you are adding countries sourced from Discord or YouTube, with no explanation? And would you like to verify that these sources are reliable and not something you are involved with? Bambobee (talk) 18:55, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I'm good, I don't think I need to right now. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 21:37, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure you would be willing to tell me where on discord you found these countries, as I have been on the platform since 2018 and have never seen them. Spider Gwen from Spider Gwen (talk) 14:34, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Well, the Discord fictional countries appear lots of times as tuppers, meaning they appear as bots, as they were registered using tul!register for Tupperbox. That's why they appear more in Discord than in their origin app that they were created in. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 17:54, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So you added countries that you made up for an RP? Spider Gwen from Spider Gwen (talk) 18:03, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
For Treeland, yes, but for the rest, I didn't make up. And yes, they were for RP. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 18:12, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like fancruft to me ngl Spider Gwen from Spider Gwen (talk) 18:13, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 18:14, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OK pal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spider Gwen from Spider Gwen (talkcontribs) 03:03, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Really. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 3:49, 15 July 2023 (UTC)

Fictional countries = fictional countries. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 06:32, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But actually, I had an idea.
What if there was part 2 of the list of fictional countries page? RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 06:54, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You are deeply misunderstanding the purpose of that article, and Wikipedia as a whole. It is absolutely not a catch-all to list some random thing that you or someone else made up on some server. Unless it can be supported by a reliable secondary source, your fake countries do not belong anywhere on Wikipedia. DanCherek (talk) 11:11, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, I'm clearly not, and this is no fair. They do, if anything. There has to be a way for them to be included, and not excluded. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 17:11, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, what if...[edit]

There were 2 parts for the list of fictional countries? RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 06:56, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe that can stop the edit warring that involve the fictional countries that I kept adding in the original page of the list of fictional countries. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 06:57, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please see Wikipedia:Fancruft and Wikipedia:Notability. Your page about your list of fictional countries would be removed as it relies on dubious sources such as Discord and YouTube. If you keep making these disruptive edits, you might get warned by an admin. Bambobee (talk) 14:14, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Unfair... RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 17:11, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But then, why not make it so that part 2 relies on dubious sources then? I'm still going to try and think of some ways for this edit warring to stop, because there needs to be a way that the several fictional countries that I kept adding in the list of fictional countries can be added. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 20:31, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, see WP:POVFORK for why creating a second page would be a bad idea in this case. DanCherek (talk) 21:23, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Nah, it's not gonna be a bad idea. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 22:37, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You are treating Wikipedia as if it is the same as a Fandom wiki. Wikipedia is not a place to showcase your fictional countries that you have seen in random Discord servers and websites. The countries listed at that page are from reliable and notable sources. If you do not care, then mess around and find out about what happens next. Bambobee (talk) 14:57, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Fine. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 17:56, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
-n-
But actually, I'm leaving Wikipedia alone for now.
I may come back at some times to check up on it.
And speaking about Fandom, I think I found a fictional countries fandom wiki. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 17:56, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Of course, putting a sad face in your response to show how you are disappointed that you could not add your fictional countries—that are sourced from the internet—into an encyclopedia that rejects these sources as they are unreliable. You have already found a Fandom wiki that allows this, so why express this disappointment? I believe you should move onto that wiki instead of wasting your time responding to everyone else's comments. Unless you have an urge to respond to this—which you do not have to—and wasting my time or correcting others' comments, have an incredible day! Bambobee (talk) 20:40, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Fine.
But this "-n-" face is not a sad one, it's an annoyed face. Now bye. RblxFunkyGamer (talk) 21:10, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You don't have to respond to my comment. Bambobee (talk) 21:31, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
