Uploading Image

Hello.... I am editing wiki pages aside from my own topic , just to get a feeling how things are done .... Can you explain how to put up an image because i tried it and even thought the box for image is created the image wasn't showing up. Hi!

I have a question...... My group have a subject named "Technical Lettering". It already exists on WP as a stub article. But on the discussion page our subject MDCG, it appears as a red link. Hey, sorry for late reply, was caught up in some work, but yes if article does not exist then you can surely create it, but do keep one thing in mind to check that article does not exist in other name or form. Also starting with stub is advisable, check out stubs under the category which your article is coming and place it on your article. Also don't forget to add references on it. Hey Its good that you have started editing I did see your sandbox, now search the wikipedia for this article if it does not exist, create an article also look out for stubs, it helps in growing your article systematically. And add more and more number of references, also do put in line citations and format it properly. Your article is surely good but please do keep these things in mind. Unsure of my mistake

Dr.Dobbs Journal is a journal which was initially published on paperback and now has been transferred to an online format. But it is still a journal and not a blog, so I felt that it wasn't a copyright violation. The required information is given on [[1]]. I am still unclear as to whether this stands as a journal so if you could go through the wikipedia page and let me know. Also that reference was given by the earlier editors not me so I assumed that the website stood to be well and good to be used as a source. Hey, its alright, everyone makes mistake. The content is perfect, be it journal online journal or whatever. The problem is with the violations of copyrights. Means you can not actually copy paste the whole content. You can take information from it and rephrase it using your own technical language. Exact copy pasting is not allowed.
