December 2007[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, such as Better Transit for Cape Cod, you will be blocked. Chetblongtalk to me 06:09, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your Recent edit[1] to Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority constituted vandalism and outrageous WP:NPOV pushing. Another editor just reverted it. If your pledge during the AfD to clean up the article is in good faith, please keep your edits constructive. • Gene93k (talk) 06:18, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Better Transport For The Cape... YEAH!!!, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Better Transport For The Cape... YEAH!!! is pure vandalism; this includes redirects created during cleanup of page move vandalism.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Better Transport For The Cape... YEAH!!!, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Hey Rackabello, I think it's great what you're doing, advocating for better public transit, but I'm asking you to understand that Wikipedia is a noble project too: to provide, high-quality, free, unbiased information to as many people as possible. It's clear to me that what you're doing is compromising the goals of this noble project, by trying to use it for your advocacy instead of keeping it neutral, a fundament of the project. I mean, who's going to trust an encyclopedia if it's just a receptacle for anyone's opinion? I don't think there's any reason you should have to harm our project in order to forward yours. In fact, don't you think that access to neutral information will forward your goals better, by informing people more? So my request is that you contribute in a way that helps Wikipedia, or at the very least to stop harming it. Thanks much, delldot talk 04:20, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Digsafelogo.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Digsafelogo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:09, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comment from user page[edit]

Afemai is the name for a group of people living in the northern part of Edo State of Nigeria. Afemai people are the second largest group in the state, and the article about Afemai should be on Wikipedia if the objective of Wikipedia as a free encyclopaedia is to be served without bias. Afemai people are mentioned in Edo state of Nigeria goverment website. So it's rather strange that a person who has no knowledge about the place will suggest the deletion of the article about AFEMAI. — Preceding unsigned comment added by T OSIIYERE (talkcontribs)
