A tag has been placed on Shri Shantinath Temple and Seva Sansthan, Sangamner. requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Bypassing AfC[edit]

You recently created Shri Shantinath Temple and Seva Sansthan, Sangamner.. The article was deleted earlier, and a proper reason was given to you. You then tried to create it at AfC where it was rejected again. You then proceeded to bypass AfC to create the article yourself, while still having the same problems as before. Please understand that all articles need reliable sources to indicate that the subject of the article is notable. Your article does not have any references, and it is most likely to be deleted if it stays so. I would therefore urge you to add references from reliable sources (no user generated content like Facebook/Temple website allowed) to indicate that the particular temple is an important temple unlike the thousands of other Jain temples which don't have Wikipedia articles. You are also required to declare any conflict of interest you have in editing the page, including if you are being paid by somebody to write this. Jupitus Smart 06:34, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion[edit]

I did not want to delete the article, but your silence left me with no other option. Continue improving the article at your draft version, and if it satisfies all the criteria, a reviewer will move the page into mainspace themselves. Do not attempt to create it in the mainspace again, without proper references to indicate notability. Jupitus Smart 16:01, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
