Please do not add or change content, as you did at Withania somnifera, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Your statement and source are misleading. There are no rigorous medical sources that support any of the supposed clinical effects mentioned in your content or the source itself; see WP:MEDRS. The source you used is a dubious MDPI publication suspected of being predatory, which disqualifies it from use as a reference for medical content. Zefr (talk) 15:45, 14 March 2024 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Withania somnifera, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Even for research sections, research in progress has to be from reputable WP:MEDRS sources. Your choice of sources is from low-quality alternative medicine and Ayurveda sources, which are not used for medical content on Wikipedia, as they are pseudoscience and quackery. For your instructor: Drdubski - writing on medical content seems not the best choice for a course on composition and culture. High standards are needed for medical content on Wikipedia - this is not typical student material for a course on composition and culture. Zefr (talk) 14:40, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
