jewish/not jewish[edit]
Gahan is an IRISH NAME, from county Wexford and Wicklow. His birth name is also an old English name. Our family back ground on mothers side is east coast English counties (Essex, Herts, Suffolk, Norfolk, Lincs) going back to 1700s. On Dave's "birth fathers" side, its also East London, Essex, Herts, and other east coast English counties. There is no history of any one being of jewish faith or jewish genetics being in any part of our family.
